Foam Fighter 1 Litre

Foam Fighter is designed to reduce foam in agricultural chemical sprayers and also in dip tanks such as those used in the grading of peaches and apples. Foam Fighter antifoam emulsion is an easy-to use, water-dilutable, silicone defoamer for aqueous systems. Easy to dilute and disperse, it is effective in hot processes, high-sugar solutions, and salt brines, and maintains its effectiveness at temperatures to boiling. It qualifies under FDA/ANZFA regulations for use in foods and also has gained acceptance for use in Kosher foods. Can be used in spray tanks and food processing. Foam Fighter is permitted for direct addition to food by the Federal food and Drug Administration and Australian and New Zealand Food Authority. Any limitations on use in standardized foods should be observed.

Fog- It 20 Litre

Fog-It is a liquid fogging agent for use through thermal foggers. Designed to create a fine smoke, Fog-It can be used with both aqueous and oil based pesticides for thermal fogging control of pests in domestic and industrial sites, vector control, warehouses, grain silos and food processing plants.

An ethoxylated alcohol, Fog-It creates an extremely fine, thick fog that will permeate the smallest spaces to deliver the active poison where it is required, and will keep the active airborne for longer, resulting in a greater exposure to target pests and higher percentage kills.

Fog-It can be used without water to create an extremely light fog that will extend into any crack or crevice. If applied with active only, very fine atomisation results in insecticide particles remaining airborne for much longer. Fog-It may be used with water to increase density and produce a moist fog, and can also be mixed with EC’s and Zeta sized products containing water. Where thermal fogging is required to reach into the smallest of cracks and crevices in industrial sites, vector control, grain silos or food processing plants, Fog-It will get the active to the desired sites.

Mist Control

Contains: Polyvinyl Polymer

MIST-CONTROL is an effective, easy to use product for drift retardation and deposition improvement in spraying operations. When used in accordance with label instructions and applied with sound technology, MIST-CONTROL will improve deposition within the intended swath area. MIST-CONTROL will reduce, but not completely eliminate, spray mist responsible for drift when used as a deposition aid.

MIST-CONTROL is exempt from registration requirements.

MIST-CONTROL improves deposition (up to 45%), which means more on the target, less spray movement (Fines) and reduces evaporation by approximately 30% based on field studies. Downwind fall out is reduced by 60-70%. No changes to spray tank viscosity. MIST-CONTROL will not reduce chemical activity/coverage although a slight increase in droplet size will occur when used at the correct label rates. MIST-CONTROL has not been noted to increase phytoxicity.

MIST-CONTROL is formulated as a heat stabilised emulsion. This means it is user friendly and will not cause the common problems, as do other drift retardants when being applied. This includes stingy material in the tank and mucus like material hanging from nozzles after use. MIST CONTROL is not as salt sensitive as some of the other materials and is more tolerant of hard water. Aircraft applicators will find an average swath increase of approx. 3 metres with the use of MIST-CONTROL.

Rates:

0.25 - 1 litre per 100 litres of spray mix. Higher rates are for aircraft and high pressure spraying where drift can become even more significant.

Mixing Sequence:

Add wettable powders first then MIST-CONTROL followed by liquid pesticides. Ensure wettable powders are completely mixed before adding MIST-CONTROL. Ensure pH is below 11. If a pH reducer/buffer is required it should be added prior to MIST-CONTROL. Additional products such as Foam Fighter and NuFilm should be added after Mist-Control. If too much MIST-CONTROL is added to the tank then salt can be added to break MIST-CONTROL down.

Nu-Film 17

Nu-Film-17 contains a natural, biodegradable polymer, which encapsulates crop sprays in an elastic film on crop foliage and fruit, greatly reducing rain erosion. RainGard® is a STICKER-SPREADER adjuvant designed to control the life of pesticides on the plant. It is compatible in the spray tank with insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and soluble fertilizers. Raingard is a water emulsifiable biodegradable product for use on food crops and other plants. It offers protection from wash off due to rainfall and irrigation and from heat and UV light which are major factors in pesticide breakdown.

RainGard offers protection under the toughest environmental conditions allowing you to achieve maximum benefit and performance from your spray applications.

All spray applications must be applied to full coverage, to a point of just before runoff. No additional wetter spreader is required. Apply during daylight, at least 1 hour before anticipated rain. Sunlight is required during this period for the protective film to set.

Raingard at 300-450ml/ha will withstand 25mm of rain over a 7–10 day period.

Spray Aide 3.78 Litre

Spray-Aide is an extremely acid surfactant product, composed of 70% Alkylryl polyoxyethylene glycol phosphate ester. Spray-Aide is a very unique product in that it performs many functions to improve agricultural spraying operations.

Functions:

Compatibility Agent many insecticide, fungicide and herbicide combinations tend not to mix completely in spray tank water. Samples from many spray tanks will show small floccules of pesticide particles. Even though these floccules pass through screens in the sprayer and the spray nozzles, they do not give a good deposit on the crop thus reducing the efficiency of the pesticide application. Spray-Aide added to the tank will improve the compatibility of various pesticide combinations in water, and also in liquid fertilizers, by forming a completely homogeneous mix.
Acidifying Agent many waters used in agricultural spray applications are high in pH. Well water coming from limestone areas usually carries a pH of at least 7.5 and in some cases as high as 9 or 9.50. River water derived from arid soils frequently carries high quantities of alkaline salts, again making the water high in pH. Many pesticides are very susceptible to alkaline hydrolysis, so it is advantageous to reduce spray water pH below a pH of 7. Spray-Aide is a very effective tool to reduce water pH.
Tank Cleaner agricultural spraying apparatus of kind, tends to have a build-up of pesticide residues on internal tank walls, in hoses, pumps and nozzles. Continued use of Spray-Aide acts as a tank cleaner and markedly reduces pesticide residue build-up in the spray systems.
Surfactant and Herbicide Activator Spray-Aide is an excellent surfactant compound, which reduces water surface tension, thus acting as a spreader for agricultural pesticide sprays. It is especially effective when used with contact herbicides.

Sprayfast

Rainproofer, penetrant, wetter, sticker, spraysafener, wiltproofer. Suitable for use with most insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, growth regulators and foliar fertiliserd. Sprayfast is 33% active ingredient and contains a natural biodegradable waterproofing polymer. Shower proof when spray is touch-dry. Rainfast approximately 30 minutes after spray has dried, sunlight is required during this period for the polymer to set. Provides penetration wetting, sticking and creep" on difficult-to-wet plants such as kiwifruit, onions, citrus, grasses, clovers and gorse. Enables most Pesticides to be used at the lowest recommended rate OR at the longest recommended intervals between sprays. Replaces most other additives for glyphosate herbicide "low rate" applications. Visual effects of herbicides may be delayed. Reduces in-tank foaming, spray drift, volatilisation, UV degradation, wilting and transplanting shock. Reduces crop damage by slowly releasing pesticides, but gives prolonged action.

VaporGard

Contains 904 g/litre di-1- p menthene (a terpenic non-ionic polymer)

VaporGard is an emulsifiable, film forming derivative of pine resin. VaporGard is a totally natural product, which is of similar composition to the natural waxy cuticle of the plant. VaporGard is an extremely effective anti-transpirant for all horticultural and ornamental plants.

What is an anti-transpirant? An anti-transpirant reduces the amount of water lost from plants without interfering with plant growth or normal respiration, thus reducing stress on plants in times of moisture deficits. Applications of VaporGard will help to relieve drought stress and reduce the need for irrigation. VaporGard reduces transplant losses from desiccation, and will provide a number of beneficial effects when used on fruit and vegetable crops prior to harvest.

All VaporGard anti-transpirant spray applications must be applied to run-off.
No additional spreader is needed with VaporGard.
Apply VaporGard at least one hour during daylight, before anticipated rain. Daylight (UV) for this time period is needed for the protective film to set.
VaporGard dries on plants to form a clear, glossy film, which retards normal moisture loss without interfering with plant growth or normal respiration.
VaporGard beautifies plants by polishing leaf surfaces.
VaporGard will remain on the plant for 3-6 months. However growth dilution at budburst is very rapid. The film does have the ability to stretch three times its initial deposition size but on a rapidly growing plant the film may only be intact and providing protection for up to 7 days. Re- application would then be required to maintain protection.

Frost Protection:

VaporGard is a product, which may help with the reduction of frost injury. Vapor Gard may not help in all frost situations.
VaporGard reduces moisture loss preventing the plant cells from desiccating and collapsing. Damage mainly occurs due to cold desiccation and freezing temperatures.
VaporGard will reduce the effects of cold desiccation, but will not prevent damage from freezing temperatures over an extended period of time.
VaporGard requires 1-2 hours of UV light before it is effective. If a rainfall event or frost occurs prior to the film drying, no protection will occur. High water volumes are critical to obtain complete plant coverage.
VaporGard is most effective when applied 24-48 hrs prior to a frost event occurring.
